Read for a dangerous experience at this Sage Dental location. My father was scheduled for a tooth extraction of an infected tooth. They had to perform a cleaning first; they stated it was required by insurance to be done that way. The hygienist worked on the infected tooth which was very painful. They applied numbing cream. My father kept wincing in pain and they told him they couldn't work that way. The hygienist continued to add more and more numbing medication. There was so much medication added that it dripped down his throat and numbed it. This caused him not to be able to breathe. He is not allergic to the medication, his throat was numb momentarily. However, they hit him with Epinephrine, not indicated in his case as he only has one kidney. This caused a trip to the hospital, and a terribly traumatic experience. While they followed protocol, the absolute least they could have done to answer for their grave error was take care of his dental and ambulance bill which was under $1,000. My father was responsible for those medical bills even though, to their own admission, he was given too much local numbing which caused the error. He is confirmed not to be allergic to any of the

Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't like going to the dentist so hadn't gone in years. Dr Berrios calmed my fears and thoroughly explained everything. I felt she was honest and compassionate. Felix, the dental hygienist, was also very informative, friendly, and shows he truly cares. I believe I finally found a dental place I can trust!😊

Customer service is very good; it is very hard to find a dental office with pleasant front desk staff. I specially would like to remark the excellence in Felix’s job. I felt at ease during my cleaning; he gave proper and lengthy explanation of the dental care that I need. I would like to make sure that a doctor is available on Friday’s. Because I was told that I needed to re-schedule my son’s first appointment since there was not going to be a doctor available on Fridays anymore. Félix reassured me that me that they will, but I just wanted to mentioned that I had to re-schedule his appointment when they called me. I really like the office atmosphere, but hopefully we can continue going on Fridays as well.

I had a molar extraction done by Dr. Paola Berrios, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. The extraction was quick and much smoother than I expected. Her attention to detail and care for her patients really stand out. I highly recommend Dr. Paola Berrios to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Paola Berrios and her entire team for the excellent service. I have always been very careful with my dental care and only trusted doing my treatments in Brazil with my dentist there. But after meeting Dr. Paola, everything changed. Today, I feel completely comfortable continuing my dental care with her here. In addition to being highly skilled, she is always very attentive, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me a lot of confidence. I highly recommend her!
